1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or applying for partnership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Description

SocialSphere operates as a growth partner for content creators ("Shadow Operator"). Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Building backend infrastructure (paid communities, courses, newsletters).
• Managing sales funnels and email marketing.
• Providing strategy for monetization launches.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, as success depends on audience engagement and market conditions.

3. Partnership & Revenue Share

Our primary business model is based on Revenue Sharing. Specific terms regarding the percentage split (e.g., 50/50, 70/30) will be outlined in a separate Partnership Agreement signed by both parties before any work commences.

In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Partnership Agreement, the signed Partnership Agreement shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

Your IP: You (the Creator) retain 100% ownership of your likeness, brand name, and original content (videos, photos).

Our IP: SocialSphere retains ownership of the proprietary strategies, email templates, code, and backend funnels created by us, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

SocialSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Any content obtained from the service.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We utilize third-party platforms (such as Whop, Stripe, Discord) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the uptime, policies, or fee structures of these third-party platforms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialSphere is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
